I am writing this letter to commend our real estate agent, Mrs. Alice Ma, to you for her "above and beyond" quality work in finding a new home for my husband and me. We are so very happy with her service quality and to have her as a friend. When we moved from Chicago, IL to Frisco, TX , we had decided we would rent for a year while deciding the area we wanted for our permanent home. We started out with another agent who was very nice, but I felt as if we were just wandering. There didn't seem to be any life in our search. We have been clients of the Navy Federal Credit Union for several years. They suggested we use one of their recommended agents. Alice called us; we chatted for a few minutes and decided we she was the right person for us. She went right to work showing us several homes. She was bright, cheerful, and positive in her attitude. She was very upfront and honest with us about the underlying quality of each home in relationship to our expectations. We settled on a K. Hovanian home which turned out would not close in the time frame we had. Alice jumped right back in our showed us a couple homes in the same neighborhood and by the same builder. We settled on one of those homes. Alice answered all our questions and was always accessible to us, returning our calls promptly wiht any information we asked for. We knew from day one, and all the way through the process of buying a new home, Alice was on our side, looking after us, and understanding the "ins" and "outs" of the process of dealing with builders and buying the home of our dreams.
